Tory Wall
Tory came to work at ARC in 2009 after serving seven years in the Army. He works as head mechanic and performs electrical and fabrication work. He earned two Army Achievement Medals, two Good Conduct Medals and Army Reserve Component Achievement Award. Tory received extensive training in numerous aspects of engine repair and maintenance and was recognized for his outstanding achievements in the field. Tory married Kelsie in August 2024. They have a blended family of seven children. Tory likes spending time with his family, camping, lake activities and remodeling homes.
Josh West
Josh has worked for ARC since 2013. He works as mechanic, fabricator and welder. He is Chrysler and I-Car certified. He also holds certifications from PPG, Dupont, DeBeers and BASF. Josh also studied welding at North Central Texas College. Before coming to work here he had 8 years of experience in body shops and 6 more years working in a Dodge dealership. He also built high-end aircraft interiors. He enjoys riding 4 wheelers and spending time with his daughter, family and friends.

Cody Henderson
Cody joined our team in early 2024. He works as mechanic, fabricator and welder. Cody has worked in automotive and metal fab for over 18 years. He was a SPC in the US Army. When not working at ARC, Cody spends most of his time in his own shop restoring his C10 and playing his guitar for his wife of over 15 years.

Jorden Weaver
Jorden joined ARC in 2018. He left for a bit and returned in early 2023. He works as a fabricator, bodyworker and painter. He is certified in painting, powder coating and welding. He has over 12 years in collision, customs, and restoration. Jorden is a member of the Callisburg ISD School Board. In his free time, he enjoys being with his fiancé and his two boys.

Chris Masse
Chris began working at ARC in 2023. He works as a fabricator. Chris received a welding certificate from Collin College in 2023. Outside of work, Chris enjoys hanging out with family and friends.

Emmanuel Matas
Emmanuel worked at ARC from 2013 to 2015. He re-joined the team in 2024. He performs bodywork, prep work for painting and paints. He has over 10 years of experience in paint and body. He enjoys soccer, working on vehicles and spending time with his wife and daughter.

Kelsie Wall
Tory’s wife, Kelsie, started at ARC in 2023. She works in the office performing duties such as entering time, invoicing, ordering and tracking parts and running errands. She previously worked in healthcare for over 10 years and is a certified CNA. She has been married to Tory since 2024 and together they have seven children. She enjoys being outdoors fishing and camping. She also loves hanging out with her husband and seven children.
Alex Almaraz
Alex has been a part of the ARC team since 2013. He works as facilities manager, making sure everything remains operational. His primary responsibilities are repair and maintenance on the premises. He has over two decades of experience in maintenance. He’s been married to Lorenza Almarez for over 30 years and is a father of two. He likes gardening, gathering eggs from his hens and grilling.
Lorenza Almaraz
Lorenza came to work at ARC in 2013. She is responsible for the impeccably clean and orderly appearance of our shop. At ARC you won’t see a mechanic cleaning the sink. Instead, we allow them to do what they do best, work on cars. She likes cooking and spending time with her husband, Alex, and their two children.
